Celebrating today that my green banner is down, and I'm starting my first day in my new role! 5 months of unemployment, 350+ job applications: ~75% of which I never heard anything back from (even with stellar internal recommendations for ~20% of them), 3 recruiter interviews, 2 second round interviews, and 1 job offer. As everyone looking right now knows, this job market is ridiculously tough. The search was humbling, infuriating, exhausting. I am incredibly thankful to my network - which is how I found out about this opportunity. Forever grateful to everyone who reached out and supported me during those months. I’ll share more once I’m onboarded, but I’m excited and thankful and looking forward to this next step in my career! If you're still looking, and I or my network may be able to help you: please let me know!
