I'm thrilled to be attending the Creative Spirit US Gala on April 10 to show support for #RoadtoEquity. Were you aware that 2.2 billion people globally live with sight loss? Shockingly, only 0.26% of ads feature audio descriptions. The ongoing battle for inclusivity is crucial, beginning right at the core of your digital marketing strategies. How inclusive is your digital marketing strategy?
On April 10, Creative Spirit US will host our annual #RoadtoEquity gala at the NYSE, where we’ll ring the closing bell to support fair-wage employment for the neurodivergent community: https://lnkd.in/dsNhkXHx. Promoting from within is more than just filling a role—it's about showing your team that growth and opportunity are genuinely on the table. When you elevate your existing talent, you’re not just finding someone who can do the job; you’re investing in someone who already understands the ins and outs of your company. They know the culture, the quirks, and the goals, which means they can hit the ground running with less of a learning curve. Plus, there’s something incredibly motivating about seeing a colleague rise through the ranks. In the long run, promoting from within builds a stronger, more cohesive team. It shows that you value your people and their potential, and it creates a culture where continuous learning and development are not just encouraged but expected. It’s a win for everyone involved—employees feel valued, and the company benefits from their deeper commitment and expertise. Congratulations Kate Foley Stitt!

Last month marked my 6th year at Kendra Scott, and it’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for my time here. This year, I became the Co-Chair of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council and finally met Kendra! Two things that have been on my bucketlist for years! To celebrate, here are 6 things I’ve learned from my time at Kendra Scott: 1. Despite what you may have heard, women actually want and are meant to work together! 2. Prioritizing belonging isn't just a "nice to have"; it's essential for creating a workplace that employees are proud to brag about. 3. A nonlinear career can provide a diverse skill set and enriching life experiences, opening doors to unexpected and rewarding opportunities. 4. Great leaders see possibility in their teams and inspire their people to innovate without fear! 5. We all have an innate desire to help others and should leverage our positions to improve our corners of the world. 6. Be like the Boss: Like Kendra, lead with heart and see the person behind every interaction. I can’t help but to feel that there’s so much more for me to learn and I’m looking forward to every lesson! Cheers to 6 years, KS! ✨

Talk to me about joining a company that supports the below.
We are proud to support The Senior Source which serves older adults in the Dallas area. Several Globe Life employees attended the organization's 30th Anniversary Spirit of Generations Luncheon, which honored individuals who have contributed significantly in "thoughts, words, and deeds' to all generations of the Dallas community past, present, and future.

Please read "No Greatness Without Goodness" by Randy Lewis. Lewis was the Walgreens VP (and father of an autistic son) who drove Walgreens' initiative to staff their distribution centers with 1-in-3 of their employees having a disability. To hold them to the same standards as all their employees. To pay them the same wages and provide the same benefits. To treat them with the dignity that all humans deserve. And to continue to grow and thrive as a business, not in spite of, but because of it. As the father of an autistic son and as a manager at Blue Star Recyclers, the message I am constantly trying to convey is that hiring people with disabilities is NOT charity. It is not something for businesses to do out of the goodness of their hearts IF they feel like they can justify the expense. It is opening up an untapped workforce that will do a great job and help your business thrive. This book does a better job conveying that than I have done. I'm taking some lessons from it in my messaging! Blue Star has found ourselves with a workforce with: - a 10% annual turnover rate - 98+% on-the-clock task engagement - virtually no lost-time accidents We NEVER find ourselves saying "Nobody wants to work anymore". That's just not our experience. And, yes, it is an amazing feeling to be part of a company that is actively seeking to do good in the world. I would want to be part of Blue Star even if it wasn't thriving on its own merits as a business. But this book shows that you can do both - even on a massive scale.

Be honest – are you able to provide the client experience you want to deliver? What’s holding you back? If it’s support and resources from your home office, let’s talk about how our team benefits from the Ultimate Advisor Partnership at Ameriprise.
As we continue to celebrate Women’s History Month, Sabrina Tacheny, Franchise Field Vice President, reflects on her role to help advisors achieve their vision for their practice. She also shares how she has felt supported in every stage of her career at Ameriprise Financial.

It’s most concerning that heart disease and stroke are leading causes of death for African Americans. In this video, I dive into some causes and what can be done to help prevent such problems. At TriHealth, we are actively raising awareness and providing resources to reduce the inequities around heart disease within our communities. #BeSeenBeHealedBeHeard #HealthEquity #Health #Healthcare
TriHealth is proud to celebrate Black History Month by emphasizing our work to foster greater Diversity, Equity (including and especially Health Equity), Inclusion and Belonging. This work not only continues around the clock at TriHealth, but is accelerating here and within the communities we serve! Eliminating health disparities and achieving health equity are central to Getting Healthcare Right because it is the only way we can truly ensure that everyone we serve has equal access to the right care in the right place at the right time to achieve the right health outcomes. Thank you to Thomas Shockley for giving us his valuable insight into his continued work in preventative healthcare within the Cincinnati community.
