Role: BA4 - Assurance, Data Analytics Location: Noida, India
Purpose of the Role: Implement data quality processes and procedures, ensuring data is reliable and trustworthy, and extract actionable insights to help the organization improve operations and optimize resources.
Key Accountabilities:
• Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
• Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
• Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
• Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
• Document data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
Analyst Expectations:
• Take responsibility for end results of a team’s operational processing and activities.
• Escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately.
• Embed new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
• Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to your work.
• Maintain and continually build understanding of how your sub-function integrates with the broader function and organization's products, services, and processes.
• Make evaluative judgments based on factual analysis.
• Resolve problems creatively using acquired technical experience.
• Guide and persuade team members and communicate complex/sensitive information.
• Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside the immediate function while building a network of contacts.

1. Experience in risk management/control assurance
2. Good experience of Python and/or cloud concepts and Tableau

• Driving optimal decision-making via effective communication of evidence-based, quantified conclusions.
• Drawing insights from data analytics independently and coaching others.
• Developing management reports and dashboards for stakeholders, translating business requirements into tactical/strategic analytics/BI solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of best practice data storage, retrieval, and manipulation tools, such as SQL.
• Some familiarity with Python and/or cloud concepts and Tableau.
• Knowledge of report and dashboard automation.
• Ability to identify and learn emerging data analytics technologies and use them to deliver practical business solutions.
• Ability to perform complex quantitative analysis and translate results into meaningful business insights.
• Experience training end users in data analysis technologies.
