Any vacancy for MBA fresher

Hello All, I have come across few MBA Freshers currently studying in last semester / waiting for results / yet to receive PDC provisional degree certificates from college or University, HR will hire candidates unless you have completed degree and have necessary docs. Pls do understand freshers. Or else remove ur MBA Finance in ur linkedin edn column and resume. Once you get PDC , pls update it in ur profile. You can even search with B.Com or BBA. I would recommend freshers to start searching job and join from 21 yrs age. Pls dont delay till 25 years. There are hardly any openings outside. Pls dont pursue BCom or MBA in correspondence, it wont help. It should be full time edn. If you lack guidance from ur family, pls do research in linkedin. You might get some profiles where useful info are shared ! HR people need full time grads only.

I need a job I have fresher in MBA

I have one question from my side to all the recruiters and HR that the candidate who completed his Gratuation in B.Com and they are all trying for a good job in Pvt. Ltd Companies as a fresher then why Recruiters or HR not giving one chance for working with their team. I have these question because as I see that the person who is working in some companies at the post of Finance Executive or Account Executive from many years they get hired on the Basis of Gratuation only and now a days all Companies want the person who completed their studies in Masters and most of preference is given to the MBA candidate why these is ?? I see during Placement that many Recutires judge candidates by Face Recognition which may not be good. No doubt in today's time Face Recognition is ongoing but in these areas this is not good. From these platforms I will request all Recutires or HR please give a chance to the Fresher for months for working and learning accordingly.
