Enabling businesses and people achieve their aspirations

XLMJ! Well it’s been 40 years! Also coincided with the closing program of the 75th anniversary celebration! Great time with old friends amidst nostalgia and stories, JLT stuff, a scintillating performance by Bodhi Tree, and great chats with faculty and students. Going back in time makes you truly grateful for everything! Thanks to XL ALUMNI XLRI Alumni Committee XLRI Jamshedpur XLMJ- I picked up this new campus acronym not in vogue our times- XL Meri Jaan! 😊

The longest get together after leaving XL. From Dec 3 to 11, out of which 3 days in campus which has changed in character and culture. The music band though has improved leaps and bounds. In our time it was called WAPITE - what a pain in the ear- and has now become What a Pleasure in the ear!! Food quality has not changed a bit, but now there is a student body working on promoting Healthy Food. The Bhatia Cold Coffee has become world class in the Bistupur market. There is an escalator and lift in the train station, but the stink remains. Vande Bharat to and from Calcutta makes the journey to Jampot comfortable. Thank goodness for this since even after 40 years there is no airport in this Tata city for commercial flights; so much for Tata takeover of Air India.

So awesome 👌👌 I am so sure, you all had a great time again on the Campus. MVN Rao mentioned about the 40 yrs completion when I spoke to him last week.

Great time to be in Jamshedpur..

Great feeling to be back where it all started. Thanks for sharing Krish. We had similar moments not far from JSR, as BIT Sindri celebrated its Platinum Jubilee of establishment!
