The key difference between the two associations was that the successful one used artificial intelligence and operated in an ecosystem, while the unsuccessful one did not. The catch is, data is the foundation for automation and artificial intelligence. Data drives scalability. Poor data quality can hinder the effectiveness of artificial intelligence.
