Local SEO Tip: When using Google Maps for research, keep an eye out for the square pins - they indicate ads. Here’s what to look out for in your target location: Ad Saturation: locations flooded with ads; it can make organic visibility challenging. Search Volume: Be cautious with small cities or towns, as they may have low search volumes. Consider adding nearby cities with higher search volume too. Competition Level: If there are many established competitors nearby with strong reviews, it might take significant time and effort to compete effectively. #localseo #googlemaps #research
Great tip I’d like to add one more important point don’t forget about voice search. Make sure your GMB listing is optimized with long tail keywords and natural language. This will help you rank higher in voice search results.

1moI would first research the keywords competitors are using with low number of reviews (this is where there’s a chance to compete) and try to tie these back to the business offerings and goals. I would make decision trees to ensure there’s a hierarchy of processes. Again, it all DEPENDS but holistically just ask the client what they think the customers buy most often within their service category as this will be a good starting point. Avoid using AI for idea generation unless you are really struggling for ideas.
