Caring is about competence. You show you care when you take the time to become close with your people, understand their strengths and weaknesses and dedicate your efforts to training and developing their knowledge and skills so they can succeed in their jobs, career, and goals. Helping people up level their skills is how you show you truly care about them.

One of my goals for each training session: Provide practical strategies, tools, and tips that participants can apply in their work (and life!). ✅ It was great to hear from a participant that I achieved that goal in a recent Emotional Intelligence session. Bonus: Attendees shared many practical ideas and applications with each other. Another goal of mine: Make space for participants to share their experience and ideas. ✅

The whole deal with experience and why it is overly emphasized in a professional setting is the fact that people with more experience have seen a particular problem being solved in more variations than usual. The more you see a problem being solved in more ways than one the more ways you will be able to tackle a problem when it gets to your end. Like it or not life isn't linear, you may have proper training in one section and get good at it but the first problem you encounter will morph into a form that will keep you faced down in ignorance, and that sucks majorly. So, expand your horizon, learn to see things differently, tone down the complacency, and have a more conscientious persona to how to perceive things and your productivity will improve. Always remember that the more you know, the more valuable you become. Paschal Nwokeocha

Professional life is a complete circle of growth, continuous growth with learning, implementing the learnings - in first half of the cycle and then comes the other half cycle of unlearning, forgetting, and the conclusion (end of professional life). The cycle teaches you how to live peacefully with others and making your own way. However the question remain largely debatable is "Can learning from your professional life is practicable in your personal life.... & Vice versa?? 🤔
