Was proud to join many wonderful contributors and fellow steering committee members in helping to steer the creation of the just released report from the World Economic Forum on the regulation of Digital Assets. This is a very useful guide to both the existing regulatory approaches in many jurisdictions along with a series of recommendations to help create a more harmonised approach in crafting future regulations across the globe. Strongly worth a read for anyone interested in how regulation is shaping the space and what more needs to be done.

It is undoubtable that well crafted regulation and proper engagement between innovative digital asset companies, traditional financial services providers and policymakers can go a long way to create a better, safer and more performant financial system. Working together across private and public sectors, cross-geography, to solve important problems for the benefit of humanity... we need lots more of this obviously and this is a great example.
It is precisely when we consider a broad array of perspectives, including demonstrating that it is not in conflict to enable both the capacity to innovate and the protection of consumers that we all can win from unlocking the benefits of blockchain-based finance.
Shawn Dej and Sandra Waliczek this is a super useful report and I know how much time, effort and engagement went into delivering it... congrats! Thanks again for including me.
