💡 The Role of a Business Analyst in RPA Learning about the role of a Business Analyst in RPA has given me new insights into how these projects align with business needs! A Business Analyst bridges the gap between the RPA development team and business users, ensuring automation solutions are effective and truly valuable. To do this, they need to know the business systems inside out. ♻️ We also covered the RPA lifecycle, beginning with Opportunity Identification – key criteria include: - Repetitive, rules-based steps - Applications that don't frequently change - Application access based on functional accounts (not tokens) - Processes with structured data, a time-consuming high volume, and require no human intervention 💸 After determining if the RPA bot is a suitable solution, businesses assess the ROI to determine if the RPA implementation is worthwhile. But it doesn't stop at implementation; change management is essential. The RPA system must adapt to changes in process steps, application updates, and input/output needs, thus ensuring automation keeps pace with business evolution. RPA isn't just about cutting costs – it's about creating flexible, efficient workflows that scale with the business. Can't wait to learn more!  #rpa #RoboticProcessAutomation #udemy #roboworx #eclerx
