Today The Times exposes the huge delays developers are facing with the delivery of 'ready' and vital new high-rise residential buildings that seriously challenges the government's housebuilding programme. Caused largely by a necessary but drastically understaffed building safety enforcement agency, mothballing buildings will undermine the need for planning reform to meet a 1.5m new home target as is being seen at #WembleyPark Quintain Limited James Saunders Harriet Pask Jonny Popper #buildingsafetyregulator #buildingsafetyact British Property Federation https://lnkd.in/eiRYgDu5
