Often, writing an article on a topic you're knowledgeable about can still be challenging.
Why?
Because many struggle to structure their words effectively. Their articles and write-ups end up disorganized, mirroring their unstructured thoughts.
They might jump from point A to C to E, then backtrack to B, and finally attempt to conclude at D.
While AI tools can help structure content, they might not capture an individual's unique voice. The output tends to be similar across the board, leading to predictability.
Alternatively, hiring a mediocre writer to encapsulate one's thoughts succinctly doesn't always align with the original vision, despite using effective prompting techniques.
Humans have distinct voices. If CEOs mimic someone else's style, it becomes apparent when their fifth post resembles the previous four, or when there's an inconsistent tone and style that doesn't match their voice.
Consistently capturing your voice requires a thorough checklist for every brand-related piece. Overlooking this is a common mistake made by many, including professional writers.
