I want to turn the spotlight on an often overlooked aspect of our businesses - our processes, systems, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). In our quest for peak efficiency, it’s crucial to pause and consider the possibility that the absence of well-documented systems and processes might actually be holding us back, both in terms of time and financial resources.
