Your official job description has 8 bullet points. Your actual job is more like 18 bullet points. Is your LinkedIn reflecting all that you ACTUALLY do? Once a year I sit down to really comb through my profile and update it with all my latest wins, new endeavors & projects I’ve worked on. It’s an End of Year Review of Kim Kaupe given by...me. The best part? I don’t need to wait for a boss, upper management or HR to schedule me in. This year I want to invite you to do the same. No more waiting on your boss or your team lead. The person in the drivers seat of your career is you. I want to help you gear up & dig into everything you’ve accomplished this year. But, I’m not alone. LinkedIn wants to help you too. I partnered with LinkedIn Learning to get you up to date on all the latest LinkedIn features and how we should be implementing them on our profiles. I’m going step-by-step into the essentials: - What your LinkedIn banner should say - How to make it easy for people to contact you from your profile - Tips for highlighting your strengths in an easy to digest way And digging into more advanced features like: - The newest services section & how to enable it - What creator tools are available & which one is right for you - How to assess your analytics to know if LinkedIn is working for you It’s time to roll up your sleeves & get to work. I’ll be with you every step of the way! If you want to stay up to date on LinkedIn’s latest features, turn on my 🔔 for more posts about how to skip ahead, earn more and assert yourself at work
I love this idea! It’s so easy to forget to update our LinkedIn profiles, especially when we’re busy doing the work. I’m definitely going to take a closer look at mine and make sure it reflects everything I’ve actually been up to this year.
I love your course and again I love the shout out to Shelby Merryweather in your course too 🙌

Your LI profile is basically your sales page, so you might as well update it and showcase your most recent wins for your prospects to see. Thanks for this, Kim.
Such a powerful reminder, Kim! Our LinkedIn profiles should reflect all the value we bring, not just what’s written in the job description. I love the idea of doing a personal End of Year Review it’s an empowering way to take charge of our careers. Thanks for sharing!
So amazing, Kim! It’s such a good idea and practice to clean up, refine and update our LinkedIn profiles! Added this to my end of year wrap up!
Kim Kaupe, sounds like a solid plan for boosting your LinkedIn game. Updating profiles can really make a difference. What’s the first thing you’re planning to tackle?
