𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆! Every candidate who goes through the interview process with Team Locum will get interview prep. This is more than just "searching the clients website" (𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥) but instead having a more detailed chat on what the client is looking for. As a recruiter you want your candidate to get the job right? So keeping hold of crucial information will only put them at a disadvantage. For all of the opportunities we hire for, its important the candidate has a good understanding of how busy the store is. For Pharmacy, how many items that are being dispensed, what services they are currently doing and how they want to grow this. Finding the common denominator is crucial. Asking the right questions during the pre-screening with both clients and candidates will help make this a lot easier. Remaining professional during the hiring process should be rule number 1, however from time to time both clients and candidates seem to let this slip. This includes bad mouthing ex employers, not being dressed professionally (𝘺𝘦𝘴, 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭, 𝘱𝘫'𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯'𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦) and finally being on time and prepared!
