This rally is about you. It's about you, the agent, and recognizing all the things you've done. So today, if you've sold one house, if you've sold no houses, if you sold, if you're brand new to Exp, if you've been with the XP for a long time, it whatever the case may be, you're going to get recognized today. I know when I attend events, one of the things, one of the reasons I do, is it does inspire me. I get Nuggets. The most important thing I'm going to tell you today, you're going to hear a lot of great Nuggets. What I want you to do though, is pick up those one or two Nuggets that really resonate with you. Make sure you implement them. It's the implementation that brings success. See today I'm going to show you guys my wealth machine and what I created to help me go from welfare to a multi millionaire. But before we do that I want to let you guys see what I was going through to help me define the odds. And I could have made the choice to keep living the worst day of my life over and over and over and if so I would still be the victim. But I believe the beautiful thing in life is that we have hope and we have a choice. You're probably the five things that I would sit down with you and say, hey, before you venture off on this journey, let me just show you how I messed up over and over and over again. Because I was a solo agent for 14 years. I sold 130 homes. The wheels fell off, and then I said, Oh my God, I need leverage. I need to just have help. And that's when I decided to grow a team. You can go out and buy all the Zillow leaves that you want, but if your foundation and you're not ready in the morning. To take on those leaves or how to respond to those leads, you're still not going to be successful. If I give you 7 things you can do today, right now, walking out of this room that will change your business, give you maximum success and start getting you think in the right way and making more money. Is that OK? Is there anybody that doesn't want any more money? Ultimately, I want to encourage you and I want to give you support and confidence that so that you two can grow, whether it be on YouTube or whether it be on social media or just as a realtor and be the best version of yourself. What I want you to remember is none of us are qualified. Ever. I've never been qualified to run a sales team. I wasn't qualified to run at kW office at 21. I wasn't qualified to found a tech company and raised $48 million that actually powers your Ms. So it's day. The hand you're dealt is your strength at all times.
