I don't know about y'all, but my team assures me every single day about the complete freedom I have and that I can let those wild ideas fly, and of course, I can think outside the ^nonexistent^ box. It sounds great, until I crash into the brand guidelines wall, stumble over the tightrope called 'budget', and get that puzzled look from the one executive who just doesn't see it.
