Hey ya’ll, happy Monday! 🙌 Let’s talk about wearing all the hats, shall we? Between working full-time as an office manager and running Kickin Rose Media, sometimes I wonder where the energy comes from. But then, I remember—the drive comes from loving what I do and from making things happen for people like you. It’s not about being perfect or doing it all flawlessly (trust me, my to-do list is often times filled with tasks that are 80% of the way done), it’s about showing up and doing our best. So today’s reminder? ‘Done is better than perfect.’ Show up in the best way you can, even if it’s just one small thing. How are you showing up for your business this week? Tell me in the comments so we can cheer each other on! 💪 #SmallBusinessMotivation #IdahoEntrepreneurs #ShowUp #WorkingMomHustle #KickinRoseMedia #MondayVibes

It is a Thursday and I am taking the *day off*. It’s a rareity to have a mid week “day off” and be able to share it with loved ones. Often a day off doesn’t mean a day without work, it means a day of juggling life stuff and relaxation with working out of the office. In an attempt to be off and switch off, I am spending time at a local Christmas concert, where my phone will need to be turned off and I will need to tune in to my family and the show. I admit it, I find it hard to do. The pressure to be constantly available is high for many employees, upped if you lead people, and explodes if you are an entrepreneur. Rest, space, and balance are critical in ensuring we have sustainable healthy high performance. I know this, I facilitate this for others but it’s not always easy following your own advice 🧐 Do you switch off or are you just out of office? What are the things that help you close down your presence for work and be present for yourself? If this is a helpful reminder please repost and share it with those who it may help. Now I am turning my phone off for a while… let’s see how well I get on 😉 For more of my posts follow: Me Rachel Cashman My Business Page Fearless Facilitator My Hashtag #FearlessFacilitatorMethod

Are you letting ‘THE THINGS’ get in the way of growing your business? All of us have to do lots of things before we get to work, such as getting the kids ready for school, have breakfast, drive to school, drive back through rush hour traffic – ugh! It’s so not the kind of start you want is it really? Only then you get to sit down and start your work. Then when you get into your work, you have to complete all the daily admin that keeps the business running generally, which might get done by 3pm, at which time you have to leave and do the school run or have other responsibilities – more interruption. Once the kids have been sorted, you open your laptop in the spare room to try to actually do the work that brings in the money for your business – but you are totally exhausted, your brain is frazzled and all you want to do is go to bed, but you have to do it or you will be broke so you end up staying up late working. Then you do it all again the next day – there is a solution – working with me, a Virtual Assistant! Imagine a scenario where you can bypass the ‘things’ and get straight on with your work – that will bring in the money and grow your business. I can work with you for as little as 2 hours a week (or even a month) at the very SMALL COST of £35 an hour so you do not get taken over by ‘THE THINGS’ anymore -and you can start your day at the BEGINNING instead of at the end. Sound like a plan? DM me to discuss how I can take those ‘things’ on so you can get on with your client work – that makes you the money! Hope you all have a great week! ……………………………………………. ⭐My name is Gaynor and I am a Virtual Assistant that completes the things on your ‘to do list’ that you hate, can’t, or should not be doing as a business owner, which allows you to concentrate on the work that you love EVERY day – that brings in the sales to grow your business. 🚀I work IN your business - so you have the capacity to work ON it. #HappyMonday #Coaching #Consultant #Halloween2024 #Halloween #SmallBusinessOwnerUK #WomenInBusiness #Business #Leadership #Leader #SME

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲! I hope you're all having a fantastic start to the week! As many of you know, I'm taking some time off to 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲. I'm a huge advocate for 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. Yesterday, I shared about the 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, whether it's a week every two months, a day each month, or even three-day weekends. 𝚃̲𝚘̲𝚍̲𝚊̲𝚢̲,̲ ̲𝙸̲ ̲𝚠̲𝚊̲𝚗̲𝚝̲ ̲𝚝̲𝚘̲ ̲𝚍̲𝚒̲𝚟̲𝚎̲ ̲𝚒̲𝚗̲𝚝̲𝚘̲ ̲𝚊̲ ̲𝚌̲𝚛̲𝚞̲𝚌̲𝚒̲𝚊̲𝚕̲ ̲𝚊̲𝚜̲𝚙̲𝚎̲𝚌̲𝚝̲ ̲𝚘̲𝚏̲ ̲𝚋̲𝚞̲𝚜̲𝚒̲𝚗̲𝚎̲𝚜̲𝚜̲:̲ ̲ 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵'𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴. Often, we're so focused on our clients that we neglect our own business. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, your clients need you to be successful, not stressed. If you're overwhelmed, it can impact your ability to serve them effectively. It's essential to have a solid marketing funnel and continuous client acquisition strategy. Don't be afraid to have a waiting list or stagger client onboarding to manage your workload efficiently. Healthy business operations lead to better client relationships and outcomes. 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 are powerful tools. I love recommending amazing businesses like 𝘈𝘯 𝘌𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮 𝘨𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘴, 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘴, and 𝘏𝘙 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵 𝘚𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘩 𝘋𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 helps them and strengthens your network, which can lead to mutual referrals. Ensure your clients can easily refer you by having accessible forms on your website, Google reviews, and a solid social media presence. Client testimonials with their logos and photos can be a boost for both your business and theirs. I appreciate all of you, and I hope you have a productive and enjoyable week! 🎯 How to Nail Office Party Small Talk: 1️⃣ Start With the Obvious: “So, how ‘bout that coffee machine upgrade? Life-changing, right?” ☕ Mention literally anything happening in the office (yes, even that awkward memo). 2️⃣ Become a Question Ninja: Ask: “What’s a fun fact about you that’s NOT work-related?” 🎨 Bonus: People love talking about themselves. (Less talking for you = win!) 3️⃣ Use the Buffet Line as a Shield: “What’s in this dip? Should we risk it?” 🥑 A snack table is a great neutral territory. 4️⃣ Be Self-Aware: “Small talk isn’t my thing, but I’m here for the samosas!” 🤷♂️ (Self-deprecating humor = instant charm.) ⚠️ Small Talk No-Nos: Avoid heated debates (yes, including pineapple on pizza 🍍🍕). Don’t corner someone with your new business idea. Save it for Monday. 🏆 The Real Goal: You don’t have to leave the party with 20 new BFFs. Surviving awkward moments with grace (and a plate full of snacks) is a WIN. So, go forth, mingle, and remember: When in doubt, compliment the playlist. 🎶 #OfficeParties #SmallTalkSkills #WorkLifeHumor #NetworkingMadeFun #AwkwardNoMore #100xTribe #MrZ800 #EurydiceInsuranceAdvisory #TinkerBellCreations #TheMarketingSage #SmartEnsure #Rootz #goals #motivation #love #fitness #success #inspiration #mindset #lifestyle #life #instagood #quotes #entrepreneur #selflove #positivevibes #instagram #happiness #motivationalquotes #happy #workout #believe #gym #follow #health #fitnessmotivation #business #loveyourself #like #bhfyp #fit #inspirationalquotes

The Lighter Side of the Professional Journey Ever have one of those days where your to-do list looks at you and laughs? Yeah, me too. Here’s a glimpse into a day in the life of a professional juggling act, where coffee is a trusted sidekick, and humor is a survival tool. 🦸♂️☕ 8:00 AM: Arrive at the office, ready to conquer the day. Computer decides it's the perfect time to install updates. Classic. 8:30 AM: Updates finally done. Time to dive into emails. Inbox: 137 new messages. Me: contemplating a career as a professional napper. 10:00 AM: Team meeting. Someone mentions “synergy” and “low-hanging fruit” within the same sentence. Bingo! I mentally check off two squares on my corporate buzzword bingo card. 11:00 AM: Coffee break. The office coffee machine is the unsung hero of productivity. Today’s flavor: “Mystery Blend.” Tastes like ambition and a hint of regret. 12:00 PM: Lunch time. Forget to bring lunch. Again. Microwave a leftover mystery meal from last week. Smells like potential food poisoning but tastes like survival. 1:00 PM: Back to work. Realize I’ve been staring at the same spreadsheet for 15 minutes. It’s starting to look like modern art. 3:00 PM: The dreaded afternoon slump. Power through with another cup of coffee. I’m convinced my blood type is now officially “Dark Roast.” 4:00 PM: Finish up a project just in time for the last meeting of the day. Internet goes down mid-presentation. Perfect timing, as always. 5:00 PM: Wrap up the day with a sense of accomplishment. Mostly because I managed to keep my plants alive another day. 🌱 5:30 PM: Head home, ready to recharge. Realize I left my phone at the office. Drive back in a heroic rescue mission. 6:00 PM: Finally home. Celebrate surviving another day in the professional jungle with a well-deserved binge-watch session of my favorite show. Because adulting is hard, and self-care is crucial. And there you have it, folks. If you can’t laugh at the chaos, what can you do? Here’s to all the professionals out there, making it work one hilarious mishap at a time. Remember, we're all in this together! #OfficeLife #WorkHumor #ProfessionalJourney #MondayMotivation #Adulting #StayPositive #CorporateBuzzwords #CoffeeLovers #Teamwork #WorkLifeBalance

Ever feel like you're trying to do everything at once but not getting much done ❓ This is a common thing and I’m sure we’ve all been there at some point,. One of my clients, let’s call her Sarah, managed to make massive headway in her business by sticking to getting one thing done at a time. She decided to focus on just one goal for a month. She picked something that really mattered, something that would make a big difference in her business or life. She committed to not starting anything new until she’d completed that one goal. Having only one thing to focus on made it a lot easier for her to stay on track. She chose a goal that was realistic and she had control of. It was something she'd tried before and hadn’t quite achieved. She looked at what she could do differently this time. It was all about choosing something that, if it didn't pan out, she knew it was on her and no one else. Sarah made sure she scheduled her goal into her week wherever she could. She put reminders everywhere – in her planner, on her phone, post it notes stuck on her laptop and anywhere else she could think of. Seeing her goal all the time kept it at the forefront of her mind, pushing her closer to ticking it off her list. To keep Sarah on track and motivated we’d meet online for body doubling sessions, where we'd work alongside each other, which made a huge difference for her. The result being that she smashed her goal💥 Having a focus on just one thing at a time helped her achieve what she set out to do. 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱❓ 👉Pick that one goal 👉Make your goal visible and stick with it 👉Ask someone to help keep you accountable #Productivity #CoWorking #Neurodiversity

🌟 Since I was 18, I’ve had the privilege of working with creative professionals who pour their hearts into their craft but often struggle with the admin side of running a business. That’s where I step in! Think of us as the perfect yin and yang: while admin tasks might take away from your creative energy, they’re where I truly thrive. My mission? To lift that burden off your shoulders so you can focus on what you do best. ✨ Staying organised is crucial, and time blocking has been a game-changer in my approach. By planning my entire week, I ensure dedicated time for both my business and yours. This way, when we collaborate, you have my undivided attention. 📅 A little something about me: I absolutely love getting an inbox down to zero. The satisfaction of sorting, filing, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks is unmatched! 📬 But I’m not just about the admin, I’m also your biggest cheerleader when it comes to achieving your goals. I help break them down into actionable steps, keep you accountable, and ensure you’re making time for yourself, too. 🏆 I also cherish our weekly virtual catch-ups over a cuppa, where we not only tackle business tasks but also chat about your week. I’m here for all of it, whether it’s business or life. ☕💖 If you’re ready to reclaim your time and let your creativity shine, let’s connect! Together, we can streamline your business and make your life a little easier. 🌟 #CreativeSupport #WomenInBusiness #WorkLifeBalance #DelegateToThrive #VirtualAssistant #AdminSupport #AccountabilityCoach #SmallBusinessOwner #Entrepreneurship

I don’t have real friends in the office. Alrighty so here’s the deal I have spoken about this quite a lot of times here and it’s a topic that I believe needs to be mentioned time and again you can’t really have “real friends” at the office and that’s absolutely fine by me (not gonna lie it took me some time to sink in but yeah here we are I guess 😬…. my mentor at my first job used to mention this time and again but I wasn’t mature enough to understand it 😅) Let’s face it there’s this misconception floating around that if you’re tight with your colleagues, they automatically become your friends outside work as well , hold this thought now coz I’m about to drop a reality check bomb on you , these folks that you see day in and day out are NOT your friends they’re your colleagues. Why ? Because blurring the lines between work relationships and real friendships can lead to all sorts of confusions. You start wondering who’s genuinely got your back and who’s just playing office politics game. And let me tell you trying to figure out who’s real and who’s fake in the workplace ? It’s like trying to solve the Rubik’s cube blindfolded. Massively frustrating and not all worth the headache. For sure having supportive coworkers is a blessing but here’s the thing I’m all about keeping things real when it comes to friendships man like you’d want to reserve the title of “friend” for those people outside the office and like you know grab a drink and etc but I don’t wanna discuss office or like in some random campaign x person goofed up with but it was actually z person’s fault ! It’s too much jhamela bro 🤭 I mean all I want to say is who are we lying to 😂 Boom 🤯 ! What a way to start your week post long weekend. TL;DR : Simple stuff man just avoid mixing personal and professional life , it kinda ruins your brains especially in a corporate setting.
