What did I learn in this session with Khyati Sundaram? Certainly that Gen AI has a tendency to hallucinate! And certainly that leveraging the Applied platform is all about removing data that doesn’t signal whether you are right for the job or not e.g. name, gender, school. And then inputting data which signals whether you are a good fit or not: skills, mission alignment, passion/interests. Perhaps we need to let go of the CV which is an inconvenient comfort blanket..
