Celebrating Progress and Looking Ahead: My Academic Milestone and Future Goals Alhamdulillah was the first word that came to mind when I saw my final exam results. It’s been a week since the results of my 6th semester were announced, and I want to share my gratitude. With only one semester left to complete my Bachelor's degree, I’m incredibly thankful for the blessings and guidance from Allah SWT that have brought me this far. From my first year until now, I’ve maintained my academic momentum and achieved this milestone. I owe this success to the prayers of my parents, lecturers, siblings, and friends, whose support and encouragement have motivated me to work hard throughout my studies. I’m also grateful for the ability to balance my academic pursuits with active involvement in various organizations at UiTM. My experiences with the Estate Management Society (EMAS), Sekretariat Mahasiswa Fakulti (SM KAB), Institut Pemimpin Muda (IPM), Real Estate Intervarsity Community (REIC), and Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS) have helped me build resilience and leadership skills. Far from being a burden, these involvements have been invaluable opportunities that I deeply appreciate. The results are more than just numbers, they reflect how well we can organize our lives and balance different responsibilities. Even though my latest CGPA didn’t quite meet my initial target, I’m confident that even greater successes lie ahead. Bs ek acchi B- school mil jaye fir to life set hai !👀 No!!! Life never gets set, and in a B-school??? Neverrer... The first week at a B-school is often a whirlwind of activities and emotions. After the first 2 weeks of orientation program at Bennett i realized : The journey ahead would be a mix of highs and lows. Not always will you stand out as the best, for there are many others with valuable experiences and brilliant ideas. Therefore, you'll need to discover your own path to shine. Throughout these formative weeks, the intensity and excitement of being surrounded by talented peers and esteemed faculty members will drive you to push your boundaries and set high academic and personal goals for the rest of your B-school journey. It will be a roller coaster of learning experinces. So, embrace the challenges and let it make you stronger. You'll often find yourself in a constant battle, challenging your own limits. Giving the GMAT is a daunting task for many. This is not surprising given that the GMAT is one of the hardest exams to give in the world. It requires grit, determination, and hard work to crack this exam! This video talks about my personal experience with the GMAT and the trials and tribulations I went through to get my target score. It has the makings of a blockbuster movie with setbacks, pain, persistence, resilience, and victory! There were a lot of changes made in terms of my choice of degrees in my eventual journey to Purdue as well, and I think it's important for people to know that progress is not necessarily linear and decision-making is an important fundamental of life! 1. Why During Undergrad: This section talks about why I decided to first attempt the GMAT during my undergrad years. I personally prefer keeping my academic and professional endeavors separate and thus thought it would make sense to get done with the GMAT before I started on my possible professional career! 2. The First Innings! The First Shot: This section describes my harrowing experience with the exam on D-Day and the eventual build-up to that day. A lesson that sometimes pressure can get to us even when we are prepared to an optimal level. 3.
