I've been reflecting a lot on the year that is about to close. Our team, just like a lot of us in the automotive industry faced a lot of challenges in 2024. We saw our fair share of turnover with staff, a CDK outage to navigate and always new challenges. Our team came together mid August, I challenged them and they responded incredibly. I couldn't be more proud of the team that we have put together in our shop. We took our lumps, learned a lot of valuable lessons and instead of saying I can't do it, we challenged them to find reasons to why they could. Looking forward to my 26th year in this industry in 2025!
