Kevin Sinclair’s Post

After just over 24 years, I am moving on.. Having spent almost the last two and a half decades working for VNU and Incisive Media, I have decided a new challenge is needed. I am excited and nervous in equal measure, but more about that in the new year.. For now, I want to say thank you to all my colleagues, present and past, at VNU, Incisive Media and across the ARC Network. I have had an amazing time and feel incredibly lucky to have worked with so many talented people along the way. It’s such a cliché, but people really do make the business, and I have had the privilege to work with the very best over the years. I am confident Incisive Media and Arc will go from strength to strength. The team is in great shape and our brands and products are first class. I wish everyone at the company the best of luck for the future. Time for a short break now, and then on to ‘the new thing’ in January. Happy holidays all, and wishing everyone a prosperous 2025! Kev

Kev, what a journey from newmonday all those years ago to now owning and running your own business. It was a pleasure working with you. I’m full of admiration for your decision to have a new adventure. You’ve got a great concept and will provide an outstanding service to the many new clients you will quickly pick up. Wishing you all the very best.

Kev you leave a long list of amazing talent that you cultivated and nurtured in your wake. You are one of the best bosses (and people) I've ever worked with. I can't wait to see what you do next.

Best of luck mate. You will definitely be missed. When they say it’s been a lifetime - it really has. 24 years working alongside each other. It won’t be the same without you. You’ve been a real life work partner through the ups and the downs, all with good humour and sage advice. Your new gig is a winner and I agree with everyone else in the comments. You’ll smash it! 👊

I can honestly say Incisive Media are going to miss you. You made a significant contribution to the success of the business. For that I thank you. But I salute you too for going on your own there is nothing like being your own boss. Good luck.

Total legend, and what a legacy. One of the few who realises you can achieve a huge amount and do that whilst having fun - Certainly what I experienced working with you, although feels like a lifetime ago now, and we were very different people back then! Huge luck in the next venture mate, i know you’ll smash it
