Soft skills often are the hard skills to learn, and they are for everyone. In addition to Debra Truster, CPTM well written case study, let's address the other elephant in the room. There’s no argument that AI will and is currently replacing jobs, careers, and even some industries as we know them today. AI will continue to solve technical tasks far more efficiently and tirelessly in the workplace. However, AI can’t provide interpersonal skills that are essential in business for building trust, resolving conflict, and fostering teamwork.
