The real estate market is not showing any signs of slowing down. The number of homes for sale continue to be at an historic low with 1,401 homes and condos for sale in all 4 counties with the media days on the market holding steady at 3. That's right,... because of the number of buyers far outweighs the number of homes for sale, homes are selling in a median of 3 days.
