I have set up +40 emails today for my clients and this will result in 24 000 prospects reached per month. The more eyeballs see your offer, the more you will receive qualified leads. If you have a lack of qualified leads, there are two reasons : 1- You don’t reach out to enough people (lack of volume) 2- Your offer is not attractive enough (lack of quality) …or not anymore, your audience might be more mature and the market evolved fast. Competitors might be already ahead of you with an offer way more competitive (always check up on that and test new offers). Or even worst : they give for FREE what you do and sell the implementation. ⚠️ Step by step plan for your company to add an extra 60+ sales calls in the next 4 weeks: → Build targeted lead lists with your ICA. Industry, company size, rev, location etc → Add lead list to a sending software like Instantly → Create a loom video explaining how the prospect can get from A-Z using your service/product → Tailor your email campaign and script towards getting a yes from the prospect to seeing the video → Send over the video to all positive responses and book them in for a discovery call. You'll want ~50% meeting book rate from this → Send over resources pre call with more info on what you do + case studies / testimonials → Make sure your sales process works for cold leads from outreach. 90% show rates, nurture process, funnels, sales assets etc → Have a follow up process for pitch & misses or no shows When done right you'll have a minimum of 20 calls booked every week at a 30-40% close rate 🏆

The harder it is to build a list of prospects, The more money you’ll make from it: Nowadays, everyone uses the same general databases for their campaigns. The problem? Prospects in those lists get 9 random emails a day... Which makes it extremely hard for them to be more receptive to your offer. I remember it took us 1 week to build a hyper-targeted list of 1500 people for our client. We booked 8 calls in 10 days - leading to 4 closes. And we even had to lower our sending volume so the client could keep up with the fulfillment. Invest in your lead lists fellas.
