Hello Cape Cod, Ken Hager with Classic Cape Real Estate. And as November draws to a close, we have a pretty clear picture of the 2024 housing market. Once again, we're going to fall short of 3000 single family home sales and that'll be the third year of what is historically about a five year cycle. So what this means for next year is a continuation of that pace in terms of the number of sales. There's just not enough inventory out there, but demand remains strong. So we saw a 10.
