🌟 Calling All HR Professionals: Insights on Total Rewards Statements Needed! 🌟 As part of my CIPD Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship, I am working on a project to explore the design and communication of Total Rewards Statements. Your feedback will help me understand what worked, what challenges you faced, and how you made your TRS effective and engaging for employees. 💼💡 🔍 I’m also curious to hear from HR professionals who haven’t yet implemented a TRS: - What has stopped you from introducing one? - Are there barriers or concerns that have made it difficult to implement? Your expertise, whether you’ve implemented a TRS or not, will be invaluable in shaping my understanding of the best practices and challenges in this area. If you’re willing to share your experiences or insights, please take a moment to complete the survey! https://lnkd.in/e4mJ3deX Thank you in advance for your time and feedback! 🙏 #HR #Level5Apprenticeship #TotalRewards #EmployeeEngagement #HRBestPractices #Survey #TRS #LearningJourney

I feel extremely humbled and privileged to have attended the session 'Expert Talk by Dr. Praveen Kamath Kumbla on Global Compensation and Hiring,' which was conducted by the HR forum of my college, #SCMSCochinSchoolofBusiness, yesterday. There were several points that left a deep impact on me and became imprinted in my mind, so strongly as to perennially inspire me both personally and professionally. My understanding and key learnings from the session: How to equip yourself for placement: 1. Have exceptional academic scores. 2. Excel in co-curricular activities that support your studies. 3. Focus on your extracurricular activities and never hesitate to pursue your personal interests and hobbies. 4. Develop an obsession for learning and maintain a great attitude. 5. Learn to speak and present yourself well in English. Be well-versed in your area of interest and its specialization, as well as the industry's specialization. To sustain yourself in the long run, you must have knowledge and awareness of the basic or general concepts of business and management. Compensation management is based on: 1. Your skills and/or area of interest. 2. The industry you choose or have experience in. 3. The designation you hold in the industry. 4. The level of interest, commitment, and dedication you show towards work. Nothing that comes easily lasts in the long run. Tough things take time, but once you achieve them, they stay for a lifetime. No excuse or obstacle can ever stop you from having positive, ambitious, or inspiring thoughts of any kind, extent, or intensity. No category or amount of judgment or opinion can justify the limit of your goals once you believe in them and pursue them with full conviction. Heartfelt gratitude to Praveen Sir for the inspiring session and to the college for providing the invaluable opportunity, which I will cherish. #memorableexperiences #motivation #aimforthesky #unstoppable #ourfutureisinourhands

In today's business world, environments are diverse and constantly changing. To adapt and succeed in these changing environments, higher education institutions and various colleges must prepare students to be ready. Since creativity, adaptability, critical thinking, and collaboration are valuable skills in these environments, intellectual flexibility and adaptability must be developed in our students to integrate diverse sources of information into decision-making and understanding of the world. Therefore, adopting an integrated learning approach, which is highly practical and applicable, is an effective way to help students develop interdisciplinary expertise and understand the importance of interconnectedness in the real world. Thus, adopting an integrated learning approach leads to a more enriching educational experience by providing more relevant practical education that helps students be more prepared for the labor market and succeed in their careers. www.skills4us.com/en
