A Great Investment Strategy... Yesterday I posted about property bonds; what they are, how they work and an example of what we offer. A few of my connections reached out, some saying "this seems too good to be true", others "how do I start?". Property bonds are a great way to create wealth from higher than usual fixed returns, with lower risk than other investment strategies. If you leverage compound interest using Property Bonds, your wealth will grow exponentially. Compound interest is a powerful concept that can help you grow your wealth over time. It's the interest earned on interest, and it can make a significant difference in your financial future. Do you have cash saved in the bank, or a yearly bonus you receive that you are not quite sure what to do with? Below is an example of investing a client's yearly bonus of £10 000 into property bonds with a 12% annual fixed return, this client was "saving" for a deposit on a new property, investing enabled this client to purchase his property a lot sooner than he expected.
