Celebrating 9 years with PANBlast, a division of PAN (formerly, BLASTmedia) ✨ As a millennial, it's uncommon for me to stay at one organization for so long. In fact, the most frequent question I'm asked during interviews or when getting to know new employees is, "Why do you stay?" My answer? The people, the leadership, the constant challenge, the endless opportunity, and the trust to try new things. Thank you j. kelly hendricks, Mendy Werne & Lindsey (Peck) Groepper for saying "yes" to me nine years ago. Thanks, Kimberly Jefferson and Taylor M., for being my first managers and teaching me PR savvy. There are so many more thank yous, but I'm already being long-winded. So, instead, I'll share nine memories from my time with BLAST! 1. Getting stuck in Queens, NYC with Lindsey & Grace within my first 6-months on the job. 2. A Cameo from the Vanderpump Rules cast for our virtual Christmas Party during COVID. 3. Alllllmost getting into the Today show for a segment with Taylor M.. But hey, we got to hang out on the plaza! 4. A military simulation trade show with Hannah (Goodwin) Davidson & so many conversations about our dogs. 5. Working on my leadership skills at the Leadership Pipeline Institute with Kate Johnson, MBA. 6. Finding a bff in Lydia Beechler 💖 7. Watching and helping Abby Lewis, Maegan Ratts, Ryan Hecker grow into the PR pros they are. 8. Securing client coverage in TechCrunch, Forbes, CNBC, Inc. and more. 9. (last but NOT least) Grace Williams, for being an endless cheerleader, advocate, and coach. I hope everyone finds their Grace!
