#fridayishere There are countless tools I ckecked to grow self-integrity and to develop compassion! Not all I liked and chose, but here are some that worked well for me. 1️⃣ Developing, writing and revising your life mission, by Stephen Covey ("7 habits of highly effective people"). The book teaches productivity but at first Covey helps you to work on your life vision and mission which is key for the rest. Very thoughtful! 2️⃣ Creating a wheel of balance for your values and roles in life (also by Covey, but you may find it in many psychological sourses. You need to draw it and keep somewhere visible - balance takes time to become a norm, so contstant reminder is helpful). 3️⃣ Tiny 30 sec. meditation / oberving technique, well given by a great modern psychotherapist and coach Leon Kroll. In short: every 2 hours take 30 seconds to just observe, check nature or people around you, reconnect with your perception. It really works well and simplistic - good tool for those who are not yet ready to meditate at 5AM. 4️⃣ Blending psychology with misticism like astrology. This way you will be able to define your sub-personas with different “languages”. And in sum, these definitions will help you to understand your individuality deeper, to connect to parts of yourself better, and, therefore, integrate them. 5️⃣ Always working with body 💁🏼♀️ Anything familiar or interesting for you in the list above?

Simplest #Mantra for #Kids One of the simplest and most effective mantras to enhance concentration in kids is the "Om" mantra. The sound "Om" is considered the primordial sound of the universe and is highly regarded in various #spiritual traditions for its calming and focusing effects. The "#Om" Mantra: (#ॐ) Pronounced as '#Aum' with "M" as a humming sound) Method: 1) Choose a quiet and comfortable place where the child can sit undisturbed. 2) Have the child sit cross-legged or in a chair with their back straight. 3) Encourage the child to take a few deep breaths to relax. 4) Ask the child to close their eyes and chant "Om" slowly and clearly.
