As we wrap up the quarter and year, I wanted to take a moment to share some of the exciting wins and milestones at Land Your Job. It’s been an incredible few months of growth, hard work, and making a real impact for both businesses and job seekers. Here are some highlights: ✅ Repeat Business: Two clients came back to us this quarter—one for job search coaching and another for interview preparation. Helping candidates navigate their next career steps is what we do best! ✅ RaaS Expansion: Since October we have saved our clients over €35,000 in recruitment fees by offering an alternative to traditional agencies. The feedback? They loved the flat fee model and the quality of candidates delivered. ✅ Candidate Success Stories: Several candidates we coached are now thriving in new roles across sectors like tech, finance, and gaming. Seeing their success fuels our mission to empower job seekers. ✅ New Partnerships: Welcomed some amazing businesses to our Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) model, helping them streamline their hiring processes and save thousands in time and costs. ✅ The Best Part: Being in control of my day & week and being able to spend so much time with these two legends Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue building on this momentum—helping businesses recruit smarter and job seekers land their dream roles.
