Here’s why, nothing captures the drama of victory more than knocking over a statue (think Saddam Hussein), and learning about historical figures (and the importance of debate) is educational gold!! How it works: one “fictional team” wants to keep the statue and explains why (and vice versa for the other team). The athlete actors are real college-age players who play their sport for a few consecutive days and their best plays are patched together to make a fictional game in “after school football” show (broadcast live). The show will generate headlines for all ages btw… because the winner of the matches are done via AI algorithm and anything can happen (sorry Abraham Lincoln). But will adults love the game too? Yes! Because the “who wins” algorithm is so random that they can even bet on the game!!

It was great to be at last week’s Thursday Night Football game at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, where the Minnesota Vikings lost a close one to the Los Angeles Rams. It’s always exciting to catch the action in person and connect with the incredible production and tech teams that make TNF on Prime a success.
According to figures released by Nielsen yesterday, the game averaged 13.76 million viewers, marking the sixth time this season that TNF on Prime has attracted an audience greater than 13 million. Season to date, TNF on Prime is averaging 14.26 million viewers.

For those of you that watched Sunday Night Football from Buffalo last night - so do you ever wonder why adults would spend hundreds of dollars on tickets, brave the traffic and transportation issues, wear hundreds dollars more worth of branded apparel to sit out in the snow for hours, consume overpriced concessions, etc. in order to root for their football team? This obviously makes no sense when they could sit at home, save the money and be warm and cozy watching the game on television or streaming? I then wonder for, and challenge my #Vistage members: "What would it take to get your employees or customers to be this devoted to your organization, company or product?"
