Truth In the fast-paced world of the cannabis industry, where innovation is key and competition is fierce, stories of friends turned foes and stolen intellectual property are all too common. From the early days on the West Coast to the present, this industry has witnessed some of the most well-known businesses rise and fall, with tales of deception and resilience. Having been a part of this industry for over 20 years, I've seen firsthand the dark side of success. Many of the trailblazers in the legacy market have faced the heartbreaking reality of having their ideas and standard operating procedures (SOPs) snatched away by those they once trusted. It's a cautionary tale that reverberates through the professional cannabis landscape. This post is a wake-up call for everyone to protect themselves and their creations. As the cannabis industry continues to expand its reach, it's crucial to safeguard your intellectual property and establish solid legal foundations. Remember, your ideas and SOPs are the lifeblood of your business, and they deserve to be protected. Let's rise above the cutthroat nature of this industry and foster a culture of collaboration and integrity. Together, we can create an environment where innovation thrives without the fear of betrayal. 🤝🌿 #CannabisIndustry #Innovation #ProtectYourIdeas #Collaboration #Integrity #LegacyMarket #BusinessSuccess #ProfessionalIndustry #LegalFoundations #RiseAbove #Trailblazers #WestCoast #CannabisCommunity

I am finally engaging with some good business people. There are so many skanky fucks in Cannabis 90% of the battle is finding anyone that doesnt lie for a living. I almost burst out laughing when one said "Ive always found unity to be the best bet when starting out." OBVIOUSLY they don't know canna. Lol! My reply: "I've preached unity among cannabis leaders, protection for our families, and proliferation of our businesses for ten years...and experiencing a 1,000% batting average of double-crossers, bullshit artists, and zero financial support. In context: the first federally certified globally broadcast Cannabis lifestyle TV network that broke worldwide barriers to legal cannabis media for every person and business in Cannabis... ...is still unsupported, is still run by one person, and still doesnt receive a penny from the $57billion industry its meant to serve." That ain't UNITY. That is my peers in Cannabis. 😂 Meanwhile, U.S. WEED CHANNEL is the only business in Cannabis created to help every person and business in cannabis. We thank you for your support. ✨🤝✨ Shane #TruthStings #updateyourstory #NoPosers #youknowyou #support #usweedchannel

🚨 The criminals at the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management are at it again, pushing the lottery up a week??? 🚨 Did they just pulled a fast one. After clearly stating they would conduct the lottery the week of December 2nd, they suddenly pushed it up by a week. Why the rush? Speculation abounds, but one possibility looms large: less time for lawyers to prepare for an injunction or lawsuit that could stop the process. Let’s not sugarcoat this—transparency and due process are non-negotiable when it comes to licensing something as transformative as cannabis. Accelerating the timeline like this raises serious questions: • Why the sudden change? • What are they trying to avoid? • Who benefits from this rushed process? The stakes are too high to let questionable tactics slide. Entrepreneurs, advocates, and the public deserve an even playing field, not bureaucratic gamesmanship. When regulators don’t play by their own rules, trust erodes, and innovation suffers. Are we just going to sit back and let this slide? Or will we demand accountability from the OCM and ensure that the future of Minnesota’s cannabis industry is built on integrity—not backroom maneuvers? Your thoughts? Let’s have this conversation. Minnesota deserves better. #CannabisIndustry #MinnesotaCannabis #TransparencyMatters #Accountability
