🚨 The criminals at the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management are at it again, pushing the lottery up a week??? 🚨 Did they just pulled a fast one. After clearly stating they would conduct the lottery the week of December 2nd, they suddenly pushed it up by a week. Why the rush? Speculation abounds, but one possibility looms large: less time for lawyers to prepare for an injunction or lawsuit that could stop the process. Let’s not sugarcoat this—transparency and due process are non-negotiable when it comes to licensing something as transformative as cannabis. Accelerating the timeline like this raises serious questions: • Why the sudden change? • What are they trying to avoid? • Who benefits from this rushed process? The stakes are too high to let questionable tactics slide. Entrepreneurs, advocates, and the public deserve an even playing field, not bureaucratic gamesmanship. When regulators don’t play by their own rules, trust erodes, and innovation suffers. Are we just going to sit back and let this slide?
