Play ridiculously good "out of your mind" golf by changing these things?! 😳 Your golf swing improves tremendously when you follow these steps... It's fascinating that each of these steps occur in your setup. That's what leads me to share one of the biggest discoveries I've had in golf...your setup determines 95% of your golf swing. That's right your setup controls your backswing - downswing - impact - follow thru - swing speed - ball flight. An improper setup "sets you up" for failure. It's the "silent killer" of golf swings because most golfers don't pay enough attention to these finer points. The setup isn't the most romantic thing in golf. We all know "bombing driver" is the #1 searched tip on YouTube. Setup ranks DEAD LAST in searches. But what if your setup gave your driver an extra 20 - 30 - 50 yards? What if your setup got you hitting laser straight? What if your setup fixed hitting behind the ball? Your setup CAN do all these things without changing your swing. A good setup creates success. You will play better golf with a good setup. Your chances of improving go up 1000% when you're setup correctly. My free mini course shows you how to build a powerful, correct setup that gets you phenomenal ball striking. Aim on Golf swing. This is one of the principles for a better golfing. Aim is the alignment of the clubface and body toward the target. The most important thing with aim is to set-up the same relative to your target for every shot. Tips. key golf principles related to aim: 1. Align your body: Position your feet, knees, and shoulders parallel to your target line before taking your swing. 2. Set your target : must define your target, whether it is the flagstick or a specific spot on the green or fairway. 3. Aim your clubface: Align the clubface directly at your target, be sure the face is square to the target line before swinging the club. 4. Check your stance: Verify that your stance is comfortable and with dynamic balanced which will allowing you to maintain your aim throughout the swing. 5. Focus on a specific spot: Identify a small target area, for the club to swing through, such as grass or a spot on the fairway , to help maintain focus. 6. visualization techniques: Imagine the ball on the green or fairway, helping to reinforce your aim and build confidence. 7. Double-check your aim: Before taking your swing, and verify that your target is right. Accurate aim is crucial for consistent golf shots. Golf tips Images by Chris Johnston,

What should you think about during your swing? Most golfers, when they play, have lots of swing thoughts going on in their head. Keep your left arm straight, head down, turn your hips. Sometimes the list is endless. Not only is having a lot of swing thoughts often bad for your golf performance, but the type of swing thought can be just as important, if not more There are two main types of swing thoughts: > Internal Swing Thoughts - By far the most common, these are thinking about your body e.g. what is your head doing, arms doing > External Swing Thoughts - Nowhere near as common in regular golfers, but far more in tour professionals. These are things like focusing on the golf club (For example, the angle of your clubface at impact) or the target (For example, visualising the shot) Which is better? There have been numerous studies completed on this in various sports and external thoughts have always won Within a study of 20 people, there may be a group of people who perform better with internal thoughts, but external has always won in the majority Which is ironic, because the vast majority of golfers not only think internal, but they have numerous internal thoughts going on at the same time, which is another issue in itself When you hear tour professionals saying they like to keep it simple when playing, they will often do so by having an external focus, such as visualising the shape of the shot, rather than an internal one, such as trying to flex their wrist Neutral Focus As well External and Internal, we can also have a neutral focus A neutral focus is when we think about nothing! It’s particularly relevant in Golf, because we are expected to swing the golf club at 100+mph in less than a second, after starting from a static position for so long time, that it’s easy to overthink things You may know a friend, or even have heard a tour professional say they play their best golf when they think about nothing!

“90% of Golf is ½ Mental”. SHARPEN YOUR AIM ON EVERY GOLF SHOT. The Problems: In most sports, the player is looking directly at their Target. Not in golf, where the player is looking down at the ball, with their actual Target somewhere out in the distance. If you’re a righty the Target is to your left. If you’re a lefty the Target is to your right. For most of us, hitting the ball on the line to our intended Target is the challenge we face on every shot. Alignment Aids Are Not New. Today, almost every golf ball manufacturer has added a line or multiple alignment line designs. Created primarily to line up putts and one size fits all, with the same design for both righties and lefties. The Solution: Target Line "VC". A BETTER AIMING VISUAL. Individually fine-tuned aiming designs for lefties and righties. It's all about the visual you see, as you look down at the ball. NOT the markings on the ball. Warning: At first glance the following may be perceived as a gimmick. Instead, it’s an innovative visual aiming enhancement, for golfers of any skill level to practice with, then use on the course during a round of golf …legally under the rules. Lower scores are not a guarantee, they are the natural results. Become an Early Adopter. Email ME at [email protected] for a link and greater details.
