As my time with Inigo ends, I reflect on the incredible experiences and lessons learned over the past semester. Serving as Co-Creative Director with Austin Krzysik for this talented student agency has been a defining chapter in my personal and professional growth. From collaborating with a diverse group of creatives to navigating the complexities of team dynamics, this role has challenged me in ways I never expected. Inigo has not only honed my skills in creativity and strategy, but has also deepened my understanding of what it truly means to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and build strong, cohesive teams. I’m incredibly humbled to have been recognized with the Lisa Keaung Award for my work in fostering emotional intelligence and demonstrating a complex understanding of team dynamics. This recognition is a testament to the power of collaboration, trust, and mutual respect — all of which are core to Inigo’s ethos and have been invaluable in driving our projects forward. Thank you to my amazing coordinators Madison Luongo Allen Ford III Laura Nguyen Alexander Vargas, fellow directors, and everyone at Inigo, and a special 'thank you' to Lillian Niziolek Elizabeth Landt Kevin Killian Pam Morris for enriching this experience. I’m excited to carry these lessons into the next phase of my journey, knowing that leadership is more than just vision—it’s about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and supporting each other to reach our full potential! I cannot wait to see where these fantastic people land. Here’s to more creative and collaborative journeys ahead!
