A quick word of appreciation to Phil Askew 💡 for a fun photoshoot in London! I woke up feeling puffy and tired (prolonged travels + pigging out on Thai food the night before 🍜). It was freeeeeezing outside ❄️ But Phil’s warm energy and encouraging vibes turned it all around. I felt at ease, excited, and (almost) like a Beauty Queen 👑 I’d been planning this photo-adventure for ages because I adore how Phil captures the Essence of who you are so (seemingly) effortlessly. ✨ Curious about his work? 5dLovely photos! 😍 Connecting with the photographer was key for me. And Celie Nigoumi was worth the wait!🫶🏾 Seeing the photos shifted the way I see myself. I’d always experienced myself moving about in the world and saw myself in a certain way. The photos helped me see how others saw me. It was a cool, emotive and powerful experience.
