I point blank refused to 'niche down' for the first couple of years in my coaching business. How come I still get overwhelmed? I purposefully integrated Mental Health into my pedagogical design, giving students freedom of blocked time and inviting them to take care of themselves. The results? Way above my expectations. The design process was carefully thought out with the "just right" approach.
