As leader of our Johnson & Johnson Technical Operations & Risk (TO&R) organization, I feel tremendous pride in all we’ve accomplished this past year and in our continued focus on advancing health and care for patients, doctors and communities around the world. Every year, I’m struck by the talent, passion and commitment of the people within J&J, especially my TO&R team. Together, we work to ensure J&J’s life-saving medicines and devices get to patients – safely and reliably. Several of my most meaningful moments in 2024 were the days I spent at our sites across the globe. I saw firsthand how our people are making a difference: safeguarding patients from illicit trade, enabling high-quality product supply, building resilient supply chains, ensuring plant safety, reinforcing our commitment to compliance, protecting the security of employees, advancing sustainable healthcare and so much more. The impact we create at J&J is real, and it matters greatly to millions of people. I’m excited for 2025 because I know we’ll continue to collaborate with the J&J Innovative Medicine and MedTech teams to seize new opportunities and pursue innovative solutions that allow J&J to redefine what’s possible in transformational care. It’s what we do, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
