Empowering Men’s Wellness: Advocating for Men's Physical and Mental Health

As a passionate advocate for ManHealth, I want to shed light on the vital role fundraising plays in our mission. Financial Stability: Effective fundraising ensures non profits have the necessary resources to carry out their missions. It supports daily operations and strategic long-term projects, allowing us to continue our work without interruption. Consistent fundraising efforts enable us to plan and budget effectively. By securing funds, we can invest in growth, expand our reach, and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. So............. Join Us for the Footsteps for Change Walk! 🗓️ Date: Sunday, September 1, 2024 📍 Starting Point: Bishop Auckland Rugby Club, DL14 7PA ⏰ Registration: 7:30 AM (Walk begins at 8:00 AM) At ManHealth, we’re stepping up to make a difference! Our Footsteps for Change sponsored walk is open to everyone. Lace up your walking shoes and join us as we raise awareness for men’s mental health and combat male suicide. Here’s why this event matters: Community Impact: Every step you take helps us put funds back into our community. ManHealth uses these resources to provide free peer support groups for men across County Durham. Team Spirit: Our ManHealth team will be there, walking alongside you. Let’s connect, share stories, and make a positive impact together. Why We Walk: Men’s mental health matters. By participating, you’re contributing to vital programs that save lives and create a supportive network for those in need. 🙌 How You Can Help: Register: Sign up now! Your £25 registration fee includes a T-shirt, a train ticket home, and post-walk refreshments. Fundraise: Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor your walk. Every pound raised makes a difference. Donate: Even if you can’t join us, consider making a donation. Every contribution counts. Let’s take steps toward change!
