Accessible content is more effective - for everyone.
We are privileged to have partners and collaborators across the advertising agency landscape. Including our friends Matt Barnes & Bethany Omeri at Special New Zealand. When they approached All is for All about some work with the GOAT Fonoti Pati Umaga QSM & an opportunity to involve some of our d/Deaf and disabled community to co-develop a resource we jumped at the chance. Welcome to 'The Inclusive Code' - a series of guides designed in partnership with communities that deserve better representation in our work. The first has been co-created with leaders and experts within the disabled community. Including with, Hope Cotton, Karen Pointon QSM, Sean Prenter Shane McInroe, Thomas Chin & JG. Thank you to each and every one of them for sharing their wisdom with us. We will be running events in Auckland and Wellington to share our findings in July/August. It’ll be a free resource to make accessibility accessible for everyone. Get in touch if you would like to come along or have a copy of the report. PS. Big shout out to Special and Bethany Omeri for leading the charge on this project. We are super excited to share what we have learnt. Acknowledgements to Bronwyn Mildon for continuing to work beside us as one of our direct contacts at Special. I am proud of what Rebecca McDonald PLY is achieving with the team on other projects too - and thanks for getting rid of those pesky all caps team! We appreciate you. There is work to do, and we will keep doing it. Image says: the inclusive code, advertising can be for everyone and every body. Thank you Rory Gallery Scott Coldham and all others who put their support behind this work. Special thanks to Grace Cussell for her work supporting the team with this before she transitioned roles.
