Salesforce is doing a massive push for hiring #external Account Executives who are ready to accelerate this #agentfirst opportunity in the years to come! If you are interested in learning more or have a role that you have identified on our careers website (Link: https://lnkd.in/eqWnwbrW) then please message me directly. The future of sales is a combination of #AE & #SE. It is as much about showing a comprehensive vision of where the technology can take their organization as much as it is about articulating and showing how the product works. Salesforce is the comprehensive #customer #platform and instead of buying independent technologies to DIY your AI you can show them how the #C360 powered by #Data #Cloud is their fastest route to leveraging the rapidly advancing #AI functionality in a safe, secure & scalable way. I will be honest that this is an intense place to work with high expectations and incessant focus on doing more and doing it better. I sometimes find myself having to catch my breath but it is only making me a better sales professional in this incredibly competitive landscape. I have also met some of the best in the industry at what they do and putting myself in a bigger fishbowl has forced me to expand/grow in ways I am incredibly grateful. If you want to put your talent into an accelerator, message me!

26 applications. 7 days unemployed. 1 life-changing call. After a reduction in force, I found myself unemployed for 7 calendar days. During that week, I applied to 26 roles at top companies—all resulting in rejections without EVER speaking to a recruiter. Then, one call with Tiwah Griffith changed everything. By the next week, I was interviewing with #Salesforce and received an offer within three days. Key takeaway: Your network is your net worth. Keep a trusted recruiter close—it’s a game-changer. If we’re already connected, fantastic. If not, let’s fix that today!! I guarantee an exceptional experience. ✨️ ATLANTA!! Diversity in Salesforce teams drives innovation and business success. Here are strategies for recruiting a diverse workforce: 1. 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Write job descriptions that are inclusive and free from biased language. Highlight your commitment to diversity and inclusion. 2. 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀: Use diverse sourcing channels to reach a broader pool of candidates. Engage with professional networks and organisations that focus on underrepresented groups. 3. 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝘀-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Implement structured interviews and standardised evaluation criteria to reduce bias in the hiring process. 4. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Create an inclusive workplace culture that supports and values diversity. Ensure all employees feel welcome and respected. Had a great time last night at the New York Salesforce User Group! Thank you, Drew Tauber and West Monroe, for having Amy Corbo and I A few takeaways from the night: ▪ The Salesforce employment market has shifted from more of a candidate-driven market to an employer-driven one, which has led to more competition for opportunities. How do we navigate that? There's no one-size-fits-all answer, unfortunately. ▪ Soft skills are just as important as your Salesforce or technical skills. If you can't articulate and present the problems you've solved, it'll be difficult to interview, and you may fall short. ▪ Right or wrong, hybrid and on-site work is back and here to stay. If you're happy to work from an office, you'll have an advantage. ▪ Given the competition in the market, it's important to be intentional about what you're applying for. Think about the things important to you, narrow down your search, and go all-in. Apply, Connect with employees on LinkedIn, and write an authentic cover letter! ▪ Finding a 'niche' can help you stand out, whether it's an industry or specific cloud, Find your thing! #Salesforce #SalesforceHiring #TechHiring #SalesforceNewYork

We're in the PEOPLE business... the tech is great, but it's the people that make the Salesforce ecosystem thrive! Everything Graham Gill spoke about in this clip from our Tek Leadership series, in regards to what he finds most enjoyable in his Chief Customer Officer role at Precursive resonated with me... and the very reason I started TekSelect in the first place. Recruitment would be a pretty miserable gig, if people weren't at the core of why we work in this industry... When revenue, KPIs or metrics are put ahead of the people aspect of this 'sales' industry, that's where transactional recruitment occurs and in the most part why our industry gets a bad wrap. Myself, Lawrence & Zoe take huge pride in the network & relationships we've built over the years, with trailblazers putting trust in us to deliver on our promises. If you are considering a career change... or hiring for your Salesforce team in 2025 and want support from a recruitment partner who prioritises candidate care and client satisfaction above all - drop myself or the team a message. #candidatecare #salesforce #ohana #newjob #hiring #salesforcejobs #thoughtleadership

🚀 Exciting News from Salesforce! Salesforce is set to hire 2,000 new salespeople to focus on AI products, doubling their initial hiring plan. This move highlights the company's commitment to expanding its AI capabilities and driving innovation in the tech industry. 📊 Performance Boost: The second generation of Salesforce’s AI agent software, Agentforce, will be available in February 2025. This advanced technology is designed to handle complex queries in Salesforce’s Slack app, significantly reducing the need for human intervention. Currently, AI handles 32,000 conversations weekly, with only 5,000 escalated to humans, down from 10,000. 🌐 Strategic Expansion: This hiring surge comes nearly two years after Salesforce laid off over 7,000 employees. With a current headcount of 72,682, this strategic move aims to leverage AI to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. AI #TechInnovation Source: CNBC

Don't benchmark potential Salesforce candidates against someone who very likely earns more than your budget and has more experience than you actually need. I regularly speak to Salesforce hiring managers who are looking to add to their internal team and they have an ideal candidate in their mind. Usually, the ideal candidate is someone who either: 📍 Has just left the role because they outgrew the environment, needed a new challenge and very likely received a pay rise in the process. 📍 Was working on site as part of a project team through a Salesforce partner. Salaries really vary across the market and there are a number of factors you need to consider, so don't overlook good candidates because they aren't quite what you had in mind, when what you had in mind is out of reach.
