Your Client Retention Rate is extremely crucial for your business growth, I believe your Client Retention is directly proportional to Client Relationship. My team  provides personalised and consistent support to address our client needs and concerns effectively. But apart from this, I try to maintain transparent, regular communication to keep clients informed and build trust. I strive to build strong relationships with my clients, and actively listen to clients feedback and take the time to learn about their goals, challenges, and successes. So the point here is how you deal with your client is as important as your client relationship. 🤝 PS - How you maintain client retention in your business?
