It never stops amazing me. Simply offering some time for a conversation to happen can produce miracles. This is a simple as simple can get. So how's it going? It's good same old same old.. Cool. Works a bit crap.... Feels a little toxic. Really? Yeah no matter what I do just doesn't feel like it's enough. It feels like I'm getting bombarded from all areas. It's like people just want to take take take... Yeah I understand that. It definitely feels like that at times. How about that time it had that great exercise session and you hit your PB how was that day at work? It was phenomenal nothing could touch me everything was on point. Nothing anyone could say hit me in a bad way..... This is where the hammer hit the nail...... Do you think it's more about how you feel on the day even before the day starts before the day happens....? It's just a small example of a simple conversation that can change the only the day but our view on the week. And if we view our week in a different way how effective how powerful would it be to view and see our year and a different way ? I've got a few conversations left over April.. Why don't we have a conversation that could affect your whole year and beyond.

*BIRTHDAY POST* Hello connections! 👋 Hope you find this post well <3 Happy 19th Birthday to me! Here's are the top 5 things that I learned in the past year. ~ Stop talking things personally I mean take it personally, but not get too possesive about it. Stop listening things by heart specially when they are against you. Take things as lightly as possible. ~ "You don't know everything, admit it Sometimes our ego doesn't allow us to admit a fact but i thing we should normalize accepting flaws as everybody has them. ~Time management I think the best thing that I learnt this year is to manage time accordingly. Yes, sometimes the situation goes out of our hand and we couldn't help, but have to go with the flow. That's normal but only "SOMETIMES" Following a disciplined routine is important. ~Prepare your mind for every hard thing that comes your way Teach your mind to handle situations that comes your way as your life wouldn't be as easy as before as challenges would be your partner for the rest of your life. ~ Working on yourself rather than comparing with others We often find flaws in ourself while scrolling through Instagram and we often look at ourself different. 50 Days Left—But Who's Counting, Right? So here we are, staring down the last 50 days of the year. Fifty days left to wrap things up, maybe finally try something you promised yourself way back in January (remember those resolutions?), or even just to do something that makes you feel... good. These days, we’re so focused on what’s next. But imagine if we treated these last days like a little gift—an invitation to finish things with heart, on our own terms. What if these last weeks weren't about rushing but about making every day count? Little moments, big ideas, even just the kind of kindness that sneaks up on people and makes them smile. So here’s my little thought for you: do that thing you’ve been thinking about. Call that person. Start that project. Or just be the one who slows down long enough to look around and enjoy it all. What about you? Anything you want to do to wrap up this year that makes you feel... well, like you? Let’s swap ideas and see where we end up. 

Stuff just happens... Monday definitely happened, it was one of those 'ick' days You know, in many ways, it really drew my thoughts to why do we do what we do? Why do we work for ourselves? Put ourselves through all these different phases of our working days, months and years? The highs, lows and everything that surrounds them! Well, simply, because... we don't accept that 'what' is, is how 'it' should be. In whatever context. Our personal life. Our work life. Our community contributions. If we, those that deliver change to the world, give up... What would happen? BIG question! Maybe for a Wednesday morning in May. tbh... for any day. My next message will spotlight this a bit more. I'll be on the eve of another cycle... One of those 365 day round trips I'll share some thoughts then. If you're interested, that is? Hopefully so, but for now, rejoice in what YOU do. The change you bring to your world. To THE world. Bit by bit, collectively we nudge things forward. And going forward is good, because we learn more about who we are, and what we're really here to do! Have an intentional day...

Think of celebrating small wins as enjoying a cookie after each step in a marathon. Sure, you’re running toward the finish line, but these “𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘀” of recognition fuel you with energy and excitement, making the entire experience enjoyable rather than exhausting. It's weekend already, and i just wanted to say this. (I won't take much is your time.) Don't be too hard on yourself if you didn't quite hit your weekly goals. Everything takes progress not perfection. If you showed up, put in the effort, and gave it your best shot, that's something to be proud of, trust me. What matters is that you tried, learned, and grew.📌 Every step forward, no matter how small, is still a step in the right direction. So, don't give up. An exercise and a challenge. .. One thing I've started doing lately is to stop asking "how's your day going?" Most of the time I get the same answer which is "it's good", "chugging along", "living the dream", or other well-intended responses that generally don't facilitate further connection. There's nothing wrong with this, per-say, but I've recently learned something so much better. So, what do I ask instead? I ask "What has been the best part of your day / week?" Yes, it catches people off guard, but do you know what else it does? You can literally see their mind going through and cataloging all the positive moments in their day until they find the answer. Plus, they usually smile in the process. In return I get to ask more questions about their day, why that was so special, and continue to help them feel better while learning about them even more. So, try it once this week and see how it goes. It may be the best part of your week.

As a new week begins, I want to offer this reminder that comes from a composite of messages I’ve received over the years from people who have engaged with my creative work. I hear over and over again that something I created and shared (⬅️ keyword there — shared) made a difference. Helped them see themselves in a new way. Helped them feel more connected to their own calling, dreams, visions. Or simply offered a little light in an otherwise dark day and they felt less alone. At times It’s easy to lose sight of why you’re here, feeling alone and isolated when you’re on your way toward something. Or when it seems like no one’s noticing. Or that your losses feel bigger than your wins. It’s easy to dismiss and downplay your purpose, presence, or gifts because they are so familiar to you. Which is why this reminder is so important: Maybe one of the reasons you are here is so someone else feels less alone. Keep showing up and sharing. It could be exactly what someone needs today.

Here are the two things that happened to your TIME that most people don't know. Your Time either gets: -Wasted -Spent Your time gets wasted when: - You've done something perfectly well that ain't supposed to be done in the first place. - You've done Things that will add Little to no value in your life. Your Time gets spent when: - You've done things that will improve the quality of your life. -The things you have done will get you closer to reaching your goals. - You've done things that will give you happiness, joy, and fulfillment.
