Happy 50th Anniversary, Michell! I had a great time creating this video. Although video production isn’t my everyday task, as digital marketing professionals, we often handle various digital tasks to keep the business moving forward. Given the limited time and resources, we aimed to create something presentable. The management’s instructions were clear: we needed to use some of our old materials to create a timeline-like video that tells the Michell story, and that’s exactly what we delivered. I was able to combine some of our old and current video materials to present Michell's 50-year journey in a concise yet informative way. For this video, I used Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.

🌟 Celebrating milestones and embracing new challenges! 🌟 This month marks not just one, but two significant anniversaries for me. It's been an incredible journey - from celebrating my first year at Infineon Technologies to commemorating my fifth year since making the life-changing move from Croatia to Austria. Both transitions presented their own set of challenges, but looking back, I can confidently say that they've all been worth it. Transitioning from a career as a backend developer in a bank to my current role as an IT application owner at Infineon Technologies was a leap of faith. The initial uncertainty and self-doubt were overwhelming, accompanied by a barrage of questions about the future. However, in believing in my abilities and experiences, I found the strength to forge ahead, and with time, I realized that the leap was not as daunting as it seemed. In fact, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made, propelling me to new heights both personally and professionally. Reflecting on this journey fills me with a sense of accomplishment and growth. It's a testament to the power of resilience and unwavering self-belief.
