I agree Arvind Sivaramakrishnan CHCIO I think this should be the clear vision for healthcare systems to put care outcomes first and then design their systems around it. Doing this the other way is putting the cart before the horse, and it leads to frustration on both ends. Totally agree with your point on a holistic view on people, process integrate them with technology. Technology for technology’s sake has been the graveyard of many digital transformation programs in healthcare.
