THE FIRST 90 DAYS It’s three months since I started in my new role at LEO Pharma - but it feels like a lot longer! And I mean that in the best and most positive way 🙌🙏🏻 In an internal comms role, your internal network and relationships are key to understanding the business, strategy and challenges, and to feeling the pulse of the organization. Thanks to the fantastic culture, flat hierarchy and great people at LEO, it’s been easy to reach out to colleagues across the world to start to build a network and harvest important knowledge. I can’t believe how much the comms team has delivered in three short months … and most importantly the impact we’re having 💪🏼 This is all thanks to the trust placed in us as comms people, the clear mandate we’ve been given to raise the bar - and of course great teamwork! 🤩 Thank you to all my new colleagues for the warm welcome and the trust - so happy to be part of the LEO family 🦁 Looking forward to all the exciting projects waiting for us in 2025… But first, time for a break to reflect, relax and re-charge.
