As the CEO of IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd., I focus on managing our website and digital marketing segments while overseeing overall sales and marketing strategies. My role also involves ensuring smooth coordination between departments, with department heads reporting directly to me. My wife, Nidhi Karan Garg, serves as the COO and leads our ERP department, which caters to schools, colleges, and private universities across India. Running a business as a couple has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I’ve noticed a growing trend of couples leading companies together, combining their unique strengths to drive success. I believe this is one of the most effective ways to run a business, as it not only builds trust but also brings a shared vision that propels the company forward. Some inspiring examples of business couples in India who continue to motivate us include Mukesh and Nita Ambani, the power duo behind Reliance Industries, who have played a key role in driving the company’s massive success across industries like telecommunications, retail, and energy. Similarly, Peyush and Meenal Bansal of Lenskart have worked together to transform Lenskart into one of India’s leading eyewear brands. Varun and Ghazal Alagh, co-founders of Mamaearth, have built their personal care brand on the foundation of trust and innovation, becoming one of India’s fastest-growing startups. Additionally, Vineeta Singh and Kaushik Mukherjee, co-founders of Sugar Cosmetics, have successfully created one of India’s most popular beauty brands, proving how collaboration in business leads to great results. Leading IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. as a couple has been one of the most fulfilling experiences for us. Together, we’ve been able to bring different perspectives and ideas to the table, ensuring sustainable growth. I truly believe that this partnership approach is one of the best ways to succeed in business. #BusinessLeadership #CoupleInBusiness #Teamwork #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #DigitalMarketing #ERP #Leadership #InspiringCouples #BusinessOwners #IndianBusiness

Why Founder’s Storytelling is Key to Business Growth in 2024 In today's competitive landscape, Founder’s Storytelling has become a powerful tool for growth. It's no longer just about promoting the business—it's about sharing the journey, the vision, and the person behind the company. When people see the human side of a brand, they are more likely to connect with it and trust it. Take the judges from Shark Tank as an example. Many people knew about companies like Shaadi.com, but few knew about the founder behind it—Anupam Mittal. His presence on the show, sharing his knowledge and experiences, has significantly increased his visibility. Now, people see his track record, his investments in multiple companies, and his expertise. As a result, they are more likely to approach him, collaborate with him, or invest in his ventures. Similarly, Peyush Bansal, CEO of Lenskart, may have been known for his business, but it was his appearances on Shark Tank that showcased his strategic thinking and insights, making him a recognized face. Now, people are not just familiar with Lenskart but with Peyush as a thought leader and savvy investor, driving more connections and interest in his ventures. At City Stories, we specialize in helping founders from Kanpur, Lucknow, and Banaras tell their stories. We bring out the passion and the journey behind your brand, connecting you with your local audience and building trust. If you’re ready to grow through Founder’s Storytelling, connect with us today and let's craft your story! #FoundersStorytelling #EntrepreneurJourney #SharkTankIndia #AnupamMittal #PeyushBansal #BusinessGrowth #StartupIndia #CityStories #KanpurBusiness #LucknowBusiness #BanarasBusiness #BrandBuilding #BusinessTrust #StartupPR #FounderBranding #GrowYourBusiness
