Trend, rediscovered - or simply perceived more strongly again today: Market halls. What has established itself over decades and even centuries goes far beyond the specific supply function of today’s common retail and gastronomy sectors. Market halls, more so, are cultural spots, places of encounter and exchange. Replicating market halls as a business concept is a special challenge. It requires a lot of experience and a deep understanding of its environment and its people with their habits and preferences. All the best, Will!

The latest episode of our Feedback Matters podcast is available.
In our current series, "So You Want My Feedback?", we review the feedback requests from hotels, restaurants, and other businesses through the lens of a guest.
Episode 4 is a real-time walkthrough of a white tablecloth restaurant's "ask" for feedback. Watch it on YouTube here:

Why we started this series...
We believe that if you are involved in a business that asks for feedback from guests or customers, you should regularly give feedback to businesses that you undoubtedly get feedback requests from during the course of your day-to-day routine (both personal & business).
Why? You'll discover elements of feedback loops that resonate with you, those that don't, and how you might think of your own feedback "asks" as more of an evolving process, rather than a "set it and forget it" practice. After all, that survey request you send out is often the last point of contact in the guest experience transaction.

It’s always great speaking with other Veterans in the culinary field, speaking about cooking and getting a chance to just chop it up with another Vet.
I had a great time speaking with Jerome Amos on his BFAM culinary podcast, getting a chance to share a bit of my entrepreneurial journey running Hellman's Kitchen.
