Did you know that bronze medal winners tend to be happier than silver medalists? This is because the winners of silver medals think about how close they were to first place, while those who come in third are relieved not to have finished fourth and been excluded from the podium entirely. Silver medalists can feel disappointed because they’re focusing on how things could have gone better, but the bronze medalists are relieved they didn’t do worse. But it’s not just competitors whose mood is affected by thinking about how they could have performed differently – everyone thinks about how they could have done better when they’re unhappy with their results. Yet too rarely we think like silver medalists and are disappointed with ourselves, instead of thinking like bronze medal winners and celebrating what we managed to accomplish. Although picturing the ways you could have preformed worse than you actually did may seem negative, it can be a positive exercise that gives you perspective on the ways you performed well and helps you recognise the mistakes you didn’t make. Telling yourself ‘at least’ can be much less painful than ‘if only’. #perspective #success #failure #mistakes #motivation #selfhelp

Sing it with me: "It's the most. Wonderful time. Of the year." Of course, I'm talking about March Madness. And while we may or may not sneak a peek at how our favorite teams are doing (Go Cyclones) we can also learn a few things from the tournament: 1. Teamwork makes the dream work. 2. Having fans to cheer you on helps you get the win. 3. You can get a lot done in the closing minutes that determines outcomes. 4. No matter what "experts" say, winning or losing depends on your current performance, not your past record. 5. It's the Final Four for a reason - winning the championship is nice, but if your projects can make the Final Four at work, you're winning. (Strong Finish/Results > Perfection.)

Yes try it out. Normally you get approx 70% reduction in both time and number of clicks. I have measured this in both in Alfalarval and now also GEA. Now also the startup time have been improved. Making pipe specs based on your existing content Center families are rather simple to make.
Who doesn't want to be a winner? 😜 Try it 30 days for free! https://lnkd.in/eimW5VcD

🌟 Integrating exercise and meditation into a daily routine can create a powerful synergy that enhances mental well-being on multiple fronts. 🌟 Physical health and mental well-being are closely intertwined. Regular exercise not only boosts physical fitness but also releases endorphins that elevate mood and reduce stress. 🏃♂️ Meanwhile, meditation fosters emotional stability and enhances cognitive function by promoting mindfulness and reducing anxiety. 🧘♀️ The combination of these practices amplifies their individual benefits. Exercise provides a physical outlet for stress relief and enhances mood, while meditation cultivates mental clarity and emotional resilience. 🌿 Together, they contribute to improved overall mental health, better sleep quality, and reduced risk of mental health disorders. 💪 Let's embrace this holistic approach to well-being to achieve peak performance in both personal and professional pursuits. 🚀 #MentalWellBeing #ExerciseAndMeditation #PeakPerformance

WINNERS VS LOSERS In every competition, there are two categories of winners/losers: WINNERS 1.The circumstantial (short term) winners: They score more points during the competition and take home the physical gift allotted for winning at the time. It could be that they worked very hard for it and/or that time and chance gave them the much needed advantage. It doesn't necessarily mean that they worked harder than the others. Of course, I am not discrediting/downplaying the role of hard work in our winnings. I am only pointing out that beyond hard work, there are other factors that come into the mix to determine the final outcome. 2.The Lifelong winners: they may or may not have won the trophy at the time, but beyond that, they discover something else worth fighting/living for and stick with it,such that after the competition they press on with more determination to do and be better in every possible way. In other words, they allow the process of the short term competition to positively transform their approach to life beyond the temporary competition. LOSERS The world generally classifies those who are not able to take home the trophy(for one reason or the other) as losers, but that's not the truth. They go home without trophies not because they lost but because the trophies are always in short supply and almost always never enough to go round. Everyone who shows up and participates in one way or another is a winner. The only loser is the one who neither shows up nor participates at all. Lifelong Losers These ones could be the short term winners who take home the trophy, but never get any better after the competition. They get so distracted celebrating the temporary win that they lose focus of the bigger picture and on the next best thing God is doing. They could also be those ones who chronically avoid participating for fear of not winning. So,they would rather not participate at all than participate and not win any trophies. How short-sighted /narrow minded they are!! Are you a winner or a loser? Winning or losing is beyond the physical trophy. The inclusion of that trophy is just to spice up the game. Choose your category wisely. ©Chinwe Udeka #winning #trophies🏆 #lifelongtransformation

Celebrate like a Champion Celebrating success is an essential part of any journey, whether it's a personal achievement, a team victory, or a professional milestone. To celebrate like a champion, start by acknowledging the hard work and dedication that led to the success. Share the moment with those who supported you, expressing gratitude for their encouragement. Engage in activities that bring joy and relaxation, like a special meal, a fun outing, or simply some quality time with loved ones. Reflect on the journey, noting the lessons learned and the growth experienced. Most importantly, let the celebration fuel your motivation for future challenges, keeping the champion spirit alive in every endeavor. #flawsomeme "Champions are born not by victory but by the challenging failures" - Namita Naik "The difference between champions and others is that champions are focussed on winning while others are focussed on not losing" - Namita Naik #outboundtraining #teamactivities #corporatetraining #teambuilding #hrexecutives #learninganddevelopment
