Hi, I'm Sarah Pickering and I am the Senior Digital Marketing Exec at Polaris Elements. I thought I would do my New Year's resolutions in front of my Christmas tree in terms of New Year's resolutions for the hospitality industry. I had a chat with our team and obviously we're software providers. So we were really discussing things around that. And one of our resolutions was really around how software providers can really push that support even further for their operators and for their clients. And so not just. Explaining how the software works and demoing it, but really getting to know that business and really helping them find the benefit of the system and how it works with their particular business. So not just how the staffing writer works, but how they can really help them optimize that staffing rota and how they can track things like their KPIs in terms of personal news resolutions. I think for me is to spend even more time with my family and friends. Really, those who are in different parts of the country that I don't get to see as often. So I really wanna make sure that I carve out some time to spend with them.
